Return & Refund Policy
At Dr. Lutfi Dermaceuticals, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our skincare products and strict hygiene protocols, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been opened or used.
Non-Returnable Items
All skincare and personal care items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless:
- The product was received damaged, or
- You received the wrong item.
Eligible Returns
We only accept returns if:
- You received an incorrect item, or
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
- You contact us within three (3) days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of the issue (such as photos) must be submitted for approval.
Returns will not be accepted for any product with a broken seal or if the pump has been used.
How to Request a Return
If your order is eligible for return, please contact us within 3 days of delivery by email or WhatsApp. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Once approved, we will provide instructions for the return or replacement process.
