Processing Time

 

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Time

 

• UAE orders: Delivered within 1–3 business days
• GCC orders: Delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance

Shipping Fees

 

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Note: International orders (outside UAE) may incur customs duties and VAT, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery Partners

We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure timely delivery. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

 

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available within the UAE for eligible orders. COD fees may apply.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
